Ambassador Program
The Beaver Valley Ski Club Ambassador Program includes a variety of roles that support daily operations at the Club. Ambassadors work 4–6 hour shifts, Thursday through Sunday, often covering early mornings, evenings and special events.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining snowshoe trails, directing traffic, drop off and parking, assisting at select snow events, supporting mascot use during appearances and staffing special evening events such as Ladies’ Day, Men’s Day and Night Skiing.
Responsibilities include safety oversight, crowd and traffic management, event setup and cleanup, ski lift support and providing guidance to members and guests. Ambassadors require fitness, reliability, and teamwork, and many roles involve significant interaction with members, visitors, and Club staff.
