At Beaver Valley Ski Club, we offer a variety of Health & Wellness Programs to support members in feeling healthy, active and balanced. These value-added initiatives are built to enhance overall wellbeing and encourage a mindful, active lifestyle throughout the year.

What we offer

Saturday Mornings
Stretch & Strength Yoga with Lindsey Koster

This mixed-level class incorporates a mix of flowing movement, challenging strengthening and relaxing stretching to get the blood flowing and leave you feeling refreshed. Open to all levels, with modifications for all abilities.

Sunday Mornings
Fit Flow Yoga with Tania Seagrove

A whole body workout for all levels, with time to find your best alignment and focus in each posture. Be prepared to move, sweat and play. Leave feeling energized, open, strong and balanced.
