The Beaver Valley Ladies Day Committee is excited to welcome new and returning Vendors back to the Club on March 4, 2022 for Lades Day! Please complete the vendor application if you wish to attend the Ladies Day Vendor Village!
Friday March 4, 2022 - Ladies Day at Beaver Valley Ski Club
Beaver Valley Ladies Day Vendor Village will be open from 9am-4:30pm on Friday March 4, 2022
Set up: Thursday March 3 from 5pm-8pm and/or Friday March 4 from 7:30am-9am.
Please Note: Vendor space is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator available. Vendors are responsible for all load in/load out.
$300 Per Vendor +HST (lunch included). Ladies Day Vendor Passes will be provided to all vendors.
The application process is open from December 8 - 22, 2021.
Selected vendors will be contacted once the application process closes to confirm attendance and submit payment.
