On Saturday, December 28th, all members are invited to celebrate our active athletes’ success on the national and world stage! From Olympians and World Cup competitors to Film athletes starring in movies and gracing the pages of magazines, Beaver Valley boasts a diverse and exciting group of standout skiers and snowboarders proudly representing the Club around the world!
We have partnered up with Ontario Snowboard to offer a fun on hill experience for our members! The OS team will have a snowboard dual parallel slalom course set up on Bear Trap through the day for all to enjoy and experience the thrill of snowboard racing! BV athletes Mikey and Jamie will be frequenting the race course, go catch a fun race run with them and learn about the discipline in a fun and safe environment. Pre-register for the fun race here or drop in between 1:00pm - 3:00pm for fun laps (no timing).
Don’t miss the opportunity to join them for some on-hill fun, followed by an après event in the Silver Creek Room with a Q & A period, prize draws, video highlight reel, athlete meet & greet and autograph/photo session. Everyone is welcome!
New this year - Support our athletes to the fullest extent by purchasing tickets for the Athlete Prize Cage draw! One ticket will win the entire prize cage that is jammed packed full of ski and snowboard gear, accessories, apparel and more. Valued at over $3,000! Tickets are $20 per, 3 for $50 or 6 for $100, on sale all weekend (December 28th - 29th), with the winner drawn on Sunday, December 29 at 4:30pm. Look for the volunteers outside the Senior Members Lounge selling ticket or purchase your tickets now!

Jasmine Baird (Snowboard Slopestyle & Big Air ), Jesse Jarrett (Snowboard Film & Magazine fame), Jamie Behan & Michael Nazwaski (Snowboard Race), Matt Fields (Ski Race) and Liam Brearley (Snowboard Slopestyle & Big Air).
Schedule:
8:30am - 10:00am: On site registration for Ontario Snowboard fun race
11:00am - 1:00pm: Ontario Snowboard fun race on Bear Trap (no bib, no time!)
1:00pm - 3:00pm: Ontario Snowboard open course for fun dual laps on Bear Trap
2:00pm - 3:00pm: Ski & board with Beaver Valley Athletes!
3:00pm: Après meet & greet in the Silver Creek Room
3:15pm: Athlete introductions and Q & A
3:30pm: Athlete highlight film
3:45pm: Athlete posters & autograph session
